These Terms of Service outline the rules and guidelines for working with VML Media.

By purchasing our services, you agree to the following:

1. Services Provided

VML Media offers short-form content services, including but not limited to:

• Editing long-form content into clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

• Captioning, formatting, and platform optimization

• Additional services as agreed upon in your package

2. Payments

• All payments must be made upfront before work begins.

• Payments are processed securely via PayPal, Stripe, or other agreed methods.

• Work will not start until payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on your selected package.

• Final clips will be shared through a secure platform (Google Drive, Dropbox, or Notion).

• Priority delivery is available as an add-on for an additional fee.

4. Revisions

• Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions unless stated otherwise.

• Revision requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Refunds

Refunds are covered under our Refund Policy.  In summary:

• A full refund is available before work begins.

• Refunds are issued if VML Media cannot deliver within the agreed timeframe.

• Once work has started or been delivered, refunds are not available,  but revisions will be provided.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing video files, links, or any content required for editing.

• Content should be properly labeled and submitted through agreed platforms.

• Clients must ensure they have the rights to all content provided.

7. Content Ownership

• All original content belongs to the client.

• Edited versions created by VML Media are delivered for client use.

• VML Media may showcase edited clips in our portfolio or marketing materials only with the client’s permission.

8. Confidentiality

• All client materials are treated as confidential and will not be shared without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

VML Media is not responsible for:

• Platform algorithm changes, posting strategies, or audience growth outside our control

• Copyright issues arising from content provided by clients

• Losses caused by misuse of the delivered content

10. Agreement

By working with VML Media, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you

• Ask us to update or correct inaccurate information

• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal or contractual obligations)
